For example, a group of gases needs to be catalyzed hydrogenation to remove oxygen or oxygen to remove hydrogen, and at the same time it requires the elimination of excess hydrogen or excess oxygen. The catalyst not only catalyzes the hydrogen-oxygen reaction to produce water, but also performs a reduction reaction to eliminate excess hydrogen, or performs an oxidation reaction to eliminate excess oxygen. use method：
Continuously and stably distributes oxygen to hydrogen-containing gas or hydrogen to oxygen-containing gas. The hydrogen-containing gas flows through the purification tower, and hydrogen and oxygen are catalyzed to produce water, thereby achieving the purpose of hydrogen elimination (oxygen elimination). Elimination of residual excess hydrogen or excess oxygen requires reduction or oxidation switching operations on the purification tower,
1) Reduction operation: Adjust the hydrogen distribution valve so that the hydrogen and oxygen content in the gas is close to the combination ratio, and there is a slight excess of hydrogen. Almost all of the oxygen and added hydrogen in the gas phase are catalyzed to produce water, and the remaining hydrogen is reduced and reacted with the "solid oxygen" on the catalyst to produce water, thus meeting the requirements for high-precision indicators without hydrogen and oxygen after purification. After a certain period of operation, the online hydrogen meter detected hydrogen, and the content showed signs of slowly increasing over time, indicating that the reduction operation was over.
2) Oxidation operation: Adjust the hydrogen distribution valve so that the hydrogen and oxygen content in the gas is close to the combination ratio, and there is a slight excess of oxygen. Almost all of the hydrogen and added oxygen in the gas phase are catalyzed to produce water, and the remaining oxygen reacts with the dehydrogenation agent to consume the remaining oxygen, thus meeting the requirements for high-precision indicators of hydrogen-free and oxygen-free gas after purification. After a certain period of operation, the online oxygen meter detects oxygen, and the content shows signs of slowly increasing over time, indicating that the oxidation operation is over, and the reduction operation is repeated, and so on.

Fast, convenient, oxidation-reduction switching operation method：
1. Oxidation → reduction switching: Observe the online oxygen meter and adjust the oxygen distribution valve to change the oxygen value from high to low, so that there is just no oxygen.
2. Reduction → oxidation switching: Observe the online hydrogen meter and adjust the oxygen distribution valve to change the hydrogen value from high to low, so that there is just no hydrogen.
